She recommends consuming mustard oil daily because it is high in monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA), which help maintain a healthy cholesterol balance. And as Vijaya Agrawal mentioned, it also contains alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), which helps keep the heart and blood vessels healthy.
